Mission You will write an essay that describes your

daily routine.

Example: The alarm clock sounds at 6 am and I wake up. I turn on the TV and watch the news. After listening to the weather forecast, I get out of bed and wander to the kitchen to find something to eat.

Rules1. You MAY NOT use an online translator or any online

sources. Also, you may not consult native or heritage speakers. This will be considered cheating and you will receive a zero if you choose to ignore my directions.

You can consult a text book, your notes/packets, and any of the Spanish teachers at GMS/GHS. A Spanish dictionary (non-electronic) may be used as well.

* Try to stick to things/words you know. In other words, try to avoid excessive use of the dictionary.

Helpful Hints Remember, you only know the present tense and

the present progressive tense. Avoid words that end in “-ed” or questions that start with “did.”

Remember, a verb requires a reflexive pronoun if the subject and the object receiving the action are the same. See your notes!

Remember the rules concerning antes de, después de, and para. See your notes!
