CHEM SERVICE CL25Low foaming heavy duty CIP caustic solution containing a powerful combination of chelating and sequestering agents providing effective hard water salt control and removal of denatured soils.

TRANSFORMLow foaming medium built CIP Caustic solution containing special wetting agents and sequestrants ensuring maximum cleaning performance.

NITROPHOS IIHeavy duty low foaming Nitric and Phosphoric acid detergent especially designed for the rapid removal of milkstone and detergent scales at low concentrations.

OPINION / HYPOCHLOR12.5% / 10% liquid chlorine sanitiser (Sodium Hypochlorite)

OXYSANHydrogen Peroxide Peroxyacetic Acid sanitiser, ideal for CIP circuits. Effective against a wide range of contaminants including gram positive and gram negative bacteria, spores and moulds while having no adverse effect on aluminium, chrome, nickel, steel or tinned surfaces.

DAIRYSANPhosphoric acid based anionic sanitiser. A unique product used in CIP systems to reduce scale build up as well as assisting in bacterial control.

SUPER CHARGESurfactant additive and defoamer that when added to CIP caustic, enhances the cleaning and rinsing ability of solution.

KOCH MEMBRANE CLEANERS / SANITISERS

KOCH KLEEN 230Concentrated Alkaline and surfactant membrane detergent for high pH cleaning.

KOCH KLEEN 100A blend of Nitric and Phosphoric Acids specifically formulated for superior low pH cleaning.

ENZ 10 LIQUIDBlend of Glycol, surfactant, inorganic acid and protease enzyme, used in the enzymatic CIP cycle.

KOCH KLEEN 410Membrane quality Sodium Hypochlorite sanitising solution.

FOAM CLEANERS / SANITISERS

HI CHLORMedium duty high foaming chlorinated Sodium Hydroxide based alkali with a blend of surfactants, scale inhibitors and emulsifiers to produce excellent cleaning results in the dairy factory.

TIGER PLUSMedium duty high foaming chlorinated Potassium Hydroxide based alkali, containing non-ionic wetting agents and emulsifiers for the removal of fat, grease and protein soils.

GLOBALHeavy duty high foaming chlorinated Potassium Hydroxide based alkali. Effective in the removal of proteinaceous and fatty soils while safe on mild steel and aluminium.

FORMULA 6010Concentrated high foaming non-fuming acid cleaner designed to remove hard water and protein scale. Brightens aluminium, galvanised and stainless steel surfaces.

ACIDIQUAT NFLow foaming acid and QAC sanitiser solution, effective in removing milk stone and sanitising in the one process. The project combination of pH and biocide properties is ideal in controlling Listeria.

RESIQUATLow foaming single chained Quaternary ammonium compound fast acting sanitiser, active against gram positive and gram negative organisms and mould.

SPECIALITY PRODUCTS

FAMESulphamic acid powdered detergent, ideal for cleaning stainless steel surfaces in CIP circuits.

BRISKPowdered heavy duty non caustic alkaline detergent, suitable for use on most dairy equipment, hard surfaces and floors. Safe on aluminium.

TAKE OFFNon caustic solvent based heavy duty foaming detergent, used for the removal of fats , grease, dirt, light carbon deposits etc. Safe on plastics, all metal and floor surfaces.

LUBRASANThis synthetic low foaming slat chain lubricant and sanitiser has excellent tolerance to hard water while its biocidal properties reduce Listeria and other micro-organisms.

SUPERMIX 6Neutral phosphate free general purpose detergent, formulated for manual equipment washing.

COMPLETE Low foaming chlorinated potassium based alkali cleaner. Used through automatic dosing systems for crate washing and sanitising. It’s fully built format formulation ensures quick and effective rinsing.

DESTINY IIA powerful Quaternary ammonium compound Footbath Sanitiser, containing food grade dye for easy identification. Highly effective against gram positive and gram negative organisms and moulds.

ORTHOFOGA blend of cationic sanitisers designed for the control of bacterial contaminated in closed areas. A fine mist created through a thermal fogger allows products to reach all areas to be treated.

OPTIQUATDual chain QAC broad spectrum sanitiser, effective against gram positive and gram negative organisms. Has a greater tolerance to organic soils than most other quaternary sanitisers.

CHLOROCLEANPowdered alkali and butter slip detergent, especially formulated for cleaning of butter manufacturing equipment.

PERSONAL HYGIENE

SMARTSAN ANTIBACTERIAL HAND SOAPAn approved economical foaming hand soap designed to protect the skin.

SMARTSAN ALCOHOL HAND SANITISERThe only Alcohol hand sanitiser approved by AQIS to be used without secondary rinsing of the hands after application.
