Visit to Clervaux Trust We are limited to 15 parents / carers for the trip. We will prioritise those parents / carers to whom it is most relevant. Another trip can be arranged if the need arises. Coffee and chat at Daisy Chain for anybody not going on the trip. Links is a group for parents and carers of children who have an Autism Spectrum Condition, or children who are going through the diagnostic process. Links enables parents / carers to meet others who are in a similar situation: to share experiencesand information and provide mutual support to each other.

Links meets term time each Thursday at the farm between 10.00am - 12.00pm. All parents / carers are welcome and crèche facilities are available, but need to be pre-booked. The cost is £5 for the first child and £2.50 for each additional child.

On the first Thursday of each month we offer a light lunch.

Family ServicesActivity Days For families in the Tees Valley affected by an Autism Spectrum Condition. The whole family is welcome! £4 for the first child and £2 for each additional child. Please note that parents/carers are required to supervise their children at all times.

Saturday Activity Days The farm is open for families every Saturday between 11.00am - 3.00pm.

New Short Breaks Service For children aged 8 and over with a diagnosis of an ASC. Sessions are limited to 20 children. Booking is essential and completed care plans and risk assessments will be required. Cost is £5 per child (unless additional support is required).

Services for Young People with an AsCSocial Groups Daisy Chain run a number of Social groups and Youth clubs for young people aged 5-18. The sessions are structured and provide opportunities for interactions and friendships between young people.

Places are limited and young people must have a diagnosis of an ASC. Please contact a member of the Care Team if you would like more information and to find out which club would be most suitable for your child.

Wednesday Night Fun 4.30pm - 6.00pm (monthly) This service is suitable for young people, with a diagnosis of an ASC and learning difficulties, who are unable to access the Social groups.

Sessions must be booked in advance. Maximum of 10 children.

Please note that parent / carers are required to supervise their children at all times.

Please note, these activities are for all children with Special Needs and their families. They must be booked in advance and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Additional ServicesToddler Group Our Toddler group is for children under 5 with any special need and their parents / carers. Meetings are every Wednesday 9.30am-11.30am during term time . No need to book - just drop in!

£1 for each family.

Advice, Support and Guidance One to one support with strategies and help to understand Autism Spectrum Conditions is available, by appointment, with a member of the Care Team. The Care Team can work with children as well as parents / carers.

Services for Siblings

Sibz caters for siblings of children with an ASC and is suitable for young people aged between 5-16.

The group meets fortnightly. They enjoy outings, activity evenings and occasional education sessions, which help the young people understand more about Autism Spectrum Conditions.
