SCOPE:Design and construction of the basement, infrastructure and the first three towers, and the delivery of a new Crown Hotel Resort.

SCOPE:The new public tertiary teaching hospital opened at the end of 2016 with around 450 beds and ramp up to 738 beds by 2021, with capacity to be expanded to 900 beds beyond that time if needed.
