rsAdvertising and graphic design is one of my passions. I have been creating posters, CD and DVD cases, postcards, and other mass media products for years during both school and in my free time. Each project that I have dealt with has been treated in its own creatively unique way and has been well-received by those who view it. Creating the “perfect fit” design for each graphic design assignment is important to me, as it shows my notable attention to detail and my passion for creating distinct and eye-catching illustrations.
Enviraware is an environmental awareness campaign that I have been designing to promote available “green” products and eco-friendly behaviors, as well as to educate about the importance of involvement and current issues that we face.

Having led multiple organizations throughout my high school and college career, I have had the opportunity to create multiple designs for business cards, ranging from mock businesses to groups that presently use my designs in the professional world.

Desktop design is another subject I have worked with closely over the past few years. Having created a range of desktop backgrounds, icons, and presentations; I understand the various functions that these designs serve in the business atmosphere and how to use them to one’s advantage to create a professional image. Through even the smallest changes, presentations and programs can be greatly enhanced using the proper design tools.

Most of the work that I have done was completed using either Adobe Photoshop and/or Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint. Utilizing many available online tutorials and step programs, I was able to learn an array of different basic photo manipulation styles and techniques.

These are a few examples of different logo styles I have learned about and produced, ranging from text based, to iconic or symbolic, or a combination of the two. Each type serves a different role in targeting the desired market customer or group of customers, so it is important to note their differences.

Lastly, I have become very proficient in the realm of online publishing and web design. One of the most successful ways to reach a customer nowadays is to provide an understandable and attractive webpage for them to visit and use to better familiarize themselves with your company or cause. Using the stylings of XHTML and CSS coding, I can create pages that are clear, clean, and creative.
