Tour Information Popular television dance competi- tion “So You Think You Can Dance” will take its top contestants from 2010 on the road with a live U.S. tour at the end of the season. Forty dates are booked for the upcoming outing, beginning September 19 at Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, LA. The coast- to-coast U.S. venture will run for two solid months before wrap- ping November 17 at Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, AZ. Along the way, the “Dance” cast will stop for performances on September 27 at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, GA; October 7 at Radio City Music Hall in New Yokr, NY; October 16 at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ; October 30 at Target Center in Minneapolis, MN; and November 10 at the HP Pavil- ion in San Jose, CA. Initial presales begin July 29, while tour-wide public onsales start July 30. Ticket prices range from a low of $34 to a high of $55 in most markets, according to current event listings on Ticket- master.com. Choreography Sneak Peak Choreography Round, Day 1 Lauren Gottlieb from season 3 teaches the 47 dancers choreoraphy in 30 minutes, and rather than try, the Mutants just quit. Ballroom Maksim goes through to Las Vegas as does Nobuya and a total of 25 other dancers from Brooklyn on the first day. Choreography Round, Day 2 For the ballroom couple, Igor makes it but Nina doesn’t. Chimezie also goes through to Las Vegas, as do 12 oth- ers. So a total of 41 dancers make it through in New York City, including one glittery man who hugs Cat, but she loves it so much she doesn’t care about the future dry cleaning bill.
