For Sony Corp, as the Digital Imaging Product Specialist, I had the privilege of coaching sales Teams, marketing teams and customers in sales meetings, tradeshows, seminars and other scenarios in different cities.

One of the most interesting responsibilities of my Role was to create, develop, implement and follow up marketing activities and the retail exhibitions program. Worked closely with Graphic designers and merchandising professionals to increase brand positioning, store presentation and promotional activities to increase sales in our Sony Stores. The business grew 40% the first year with an average of 25% growth in the next 3 years.
Project: Grand Opening Challenge: Time and budget Goal: Present the new Branch to our customers, located in an industrial area of the city (Cartagena / Colombia). Idea: We transformed an empty warehouse next door to create a different experience and introduce the location at the same time.

Project: Kick Off Challenge: congregate 500 team members from 5 different cities. Create an attractive message to engage. Goal: Present the company strategy for the year, drive motivation Idea: the Team Squad. We used the Air force values to connect with our Organization and to give everyone a Mission for the year.

Under the Program, Grainger’s market managers and DC Directors identify charitable organizations in their local communities and make recommendations.
