As to Gilts, Section V :The undersigned pu rsuant to federal law resigned the honorary membership at Berwind C ountry C lub, a golf country club sporadically used, effectiveDecember 3 I, 2 00 8 and is now a regular paying member of Berwind C ountry C lub. The undersigned also resigned the honorary membership at the Bankers C lubeffective December 3 I, 2008 (the later hardly used). No regular membership at the Bankers Club is maintained. The resignation was duly made as required underfederal law and within the time limits authorized by law.
