The PR 6221 range of load cells is designed exclusively for use on road weighbridges. The unique design

principle, combined with the installation kits, counterbalances movements caused by mechanical or thermal

expansion or contraction of the weighbridge construction. The unique combination of the selected geometry

and material/surface hardness parameters guarantees perfect rolling characteristics, high restoring forces and

long-term maintenance-free operation. Our MINEBEA INTEC GERMANY Load Cells are capable of withstanding

temperatures from -40ºC to +95ºC. Furthermore these load cells are factory tested under water for 10,000

hours 1.5 mtrs deep. MINEBEA GERMANY Load Cells are hermetically sealed and are “Plasma Welded” with a fool

proof “Helium leak test” carried out at their factory in Germany.

Cardinal – 100K SCA

These heavy-capacity compression load cells are ideal for multi-cell applications including truck scales, railroad

track scales, and heavy-duty tank/hopper weighing systems. The SCA load cells are fabricated from stainless

steel to provide the ultimate in protection when caustic, corrosive or wet environments are encountered. Load

cells are environmentally-sealed for absolute water protection. Each load cell is furnished with stainless steel

load buttons on each end, and an integral multi-conductor cable secured by a strain relief seal.

SHRINK WRAPPING MACHINES

Shrink wrap machines use for shrink wrapping packages and products together. Shrink wrap machine systems

CARTON SEALER

Carton sealers are case equipment that seals the top or bottom of a case with tape. Typically, the minor

corrugated flaps are kicked and plowed closed as the cases are transferred. As the cases enter the compression

section, the major flaps of the carton are closed and adhesive tape is applied
