Evening free at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity, nathula passNext day in the morning, start for a full day excursion to Tsongmo Lake (Altitude 12400Ft / 3780 Mts), distance is about 35Kms and takes about 2hrs one way, and followed by visit to Baba Mandir. The lake has an average depth of 50 ft. A very scenic place. You can take a private or a shared vehicle for the lake. Do not take small vehicle as the road condition is not good and gradient at some places is quite steep. Also note that Tsongmo lake requires permit, which the hotel can arrange. You need to furnish 2 passport size photos and Photo ID cards for each. Kurseong to Bagdogra hardly one hour. if you want to stay at Mirik stay at Jorpokhri / Lepchajagat .Your ideal plan would be - 2 nights Gangtok , 2 nights Pelling , 2 nights Darjeeling , 1 nights Kurseong.Day one - Reach Bagdogra and Transfer to Gangtok . Try hotel at Developement area as it offer very good view.Day Two - Gangtok Local sightseeing / Tsongmo lake and Baba Mandir (Depend upon weather, if weather is bad and road condition is bad don't move. to tsongmo lake.) better spend at Gangtok local sightseeing .Day three - Gangtok to Pelling via Ravangla ( visit Temi Tea Garden and Buddha park). overnight pelling.Day Four - Pelling local sightseeing .
