Instructions

Overview: These games are designed for whole class participation with no preparation time. Simply get your vocabulary or test questions in hand and then open and start the race. There are three to choose from: Boat, Horse, and Car. The boat and horse are identical in that they each have 6 pawns (allowing for up to 6 teams) and require ten correct responses to cross the finish line. The car game is much shorter. It only has 5 cars, and requires only 5 correct answers to cross the finish line.

How to Play1. Divide your class into two to six teams (only five are possible for car race).2. With your questions in hand, open the Race file of your choice. Select “Slide Show

Menu”, then choose “View Show”.3. Ask the first team a question if they get it right click the corresponding button at the

bottom to move their teams race object ahead one space. 4. 10 correct responses will win the race. (you can shorten this by clicking the

buttons twice for every correct answer.)
