1. Mix all ingredients and pasteurize at 65 or 85°C.

1. Mix the powdered ingredients.

2. Allow the mixture to cool to 4°C and let sit for at least 6 hours.

3.Freeze out the mixture in the ice cream machine while adding flavoring agents such as pastes.
