DARLEY STANARD PLUS PRE-PAC SKID RESIDENTIAL NFPA 13D FIRE PUMP SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVEN This specification covers the manufacturing and supplying 1 (qty.) packaged residential NFPA 13D fire pump system including a 304 Stainless Steel Vertical Inline pump complete with motor, Darley Standard Plus Controller with Weekly Automatic Pump Exerciser, and accessories as outlined. The contractor shall provide and install a DARLEY STANDARD PLUS MODEL #_____ ________. THE PACKAGER MANUFACTURE MUST HAVE PUMP AND CONTROLLER EXPERIENCE. THE SUPPLIED PACKAGE MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO PERFORM AN AUTOMATIC WEEKLY EXERCISE OF THE PUMP/MOTOR., NO EXCEPTIONS. The weekly exercise of the pump and motor shall be fully automatic. Any exercise of pump/motor that requires human intervention shall not be considered an equal, and bringing the supplied equipment up to the standards of this specification will rest solely on the equipment supplier. MOTOR: The motor shall be totally enclosed fan cooled with overload protection. It shall also have a service factor of 1.15 and a locked rotor current code letter of G or less. CONTROLLER: The Controller shall be DARLEY STANDARD PLUS PANEL WITH AUTOMATIC PUMP/MOTOR EXERCISER. Controller shall be a DARLEY STANDARD PLUS Model ___________, or engineer approved equal. The controller shall be rated for_____HP, 1 Phase ,60 Cycle, 230 Volt operation.
