Home Port - DarwinFlight to Darwin included in the price. Upon arrival in Darwin you will be met by our It’s Easy Tours representative. Enjoy a familiarisation tour of the city before arriving at the Travelodge Mirambeena Resort for 3 nights accommodation.

Day 2. Saturday 23rd July (BD)

Darwin CityDiscover Darwin today visiting Fannie Bay Jail, East Point and Casuarina with some free time this afternoon to explore the city centre. Transfer to the wharf this afternoon for a relaxing sunset dinner cruise

Day 3. Sunday 24th July (BL)

Litchfield National ParkToday we journey out into one of the Northern Territory’s most spectacular National Parks. The natural beauty of this spectacular place will unfold as we travel through, stopping at Wangi Falls for a picnic lunch and swim, continue on to Florence Falls and Rum Jungle before returning to Darwin in time for you to visit the famous Mindil Beach markets. 0Dinner at your own expense.

Day 4. Monday 25th July (BLD)

Darwin - Katherine GorgeDeparting Darwin, we travel to Adelaide River and then onto Pine Creek. Cruise the magnificent Katherine Gorge (Nitmiluk). Have your cameras at the ready as we take in the magnificent sheer walls of ochre and the crystal clear water.Be on the lookout for a fresh water crocodile or two. Day 5. Tuesday 26th July (BLD)

Katherine - KununurraJoining the Victoria Highway, we travel via the small

settlements of Victoria River and Timber Creek. Crossing the Western Australian border, we make our way to Lake Argyle, a man made lake built to store the Ord River flood waters and a capacity nine times that of Sydney Harbour. This afternoon we board our cruise vessel for an afternoon cruise along the peaceful waters of the Ord River system, as the sun goes down. Four (4) nights at Lakeside Resort

Day 6. Wednesday 27th July (BD)

KununurraA tour of Kununurra this morning, visit Hidden Valley National Park, view the spectacular rugged ranges and the abundance of birds and wildlife. Kununurra is the only new town this century in the Kimberley that is surrounded by water. Visit Kelly’s Knob lookout and view the lush green of the irrigated fields.

Day 7. Thursday 28th July (BLD)

El Questro Wilderness ParkThis morning we enter El Questro Wilderness Park, situated on a million acres in the heart of the Kimberley region. Join one of the rangers as we discover the park and cruise the Chamberlain Gorge. Visit Emma Gorge and enjoy lunch at El Questro Station before returning to Kununurra.

Day 8. Friday 29th July (BLD)

World Heritage PurnululuNational Park (Bungle Bungles) Includes flights & 4WD tour Your flight from Kununurra will show you the magnificent Ord River, the enormous Lake Argyle, Lissadell Station, the rugged Osmond Ranges, Texas Downs Station and the picturesque circuit over the Bungle Bungle Range. Once landed in Purnululu National Park you will transfer to a comfortable 4WD for guided tours of the spectacular Beehive Domes and walk into Cathedral Gorge. Enjoy lunch in the park before your return flight.

Kununurra - Wyndham - Halls CreekTravel to Wyndham the most northerly part of the state. Take in the spectacular views of Cambridge Gulf from Five Rivers lookout. Then continue via the Great Northern Highway through Turkey Creek into Halls Creek, situated on the edge of the Great Sandy Desert and the site of WA’s first gold find in 1885. Geikie Gorge CruiseFitzroy CrossingEnter Geikie Gorge National Park and cruise the spectacular gorge. Its origin dates back 350 million years, inhabited by crocodiles, stingrays, sharks and sword fish, which over millions of years have adapted to the fresh water. Windjana Gorge - DerbyDepending on weather and road conditions, we will travel into the Napier Range today and visit picturesque Windjana Gorge, winding 4 kilometres through near vertical walls up to 90 metres high. We then travel part of the Gibb River Road to Derby.King Sound Resort

Day 12. Tuesday 2nd August (BD)

Derby - BroomeDerby is the capital of the West Kimberley region, located at the foot of King Sound, where the Fitzroy River empties into the ocean. Enjoy the sights of King Sound and a visit to the most famous tree in the West, The Boab Prison Tree, large enough to hold 12 people. Continue south to Broome, formed with the discovery of rich pearling grounds, bounded with wide sandy beaches, turquoise water and blessed with a warm climate all year round. Visit Streeters Jetty, Cable Beach and the Dinosaur’s Footprints. Four (4) nights at The Oaks Broome

Day 13. Wednesday 3rd August (B)

Broome SightseeingToday we discover Broome and learn the history of the Pearl Luggers with a visit to the museum. We will visit the Japanese and Chinese cemetery and take a tour of the Willie Creek Pearl Farm. Just some of today’s highlights and end

the day with sunset over Cable Beach.

Day 14. Thursday 4th August (B)

BroomeEnjoy two days at your leisure. Take an optional sightseeing tour or just relax by the pool at our motel. Broome is a great place to relax

Broome Another day to enjoy Broome, before our farewell dinner this evening.

Day 16. Saturday 6th August (B)

Broome - HomeFarewell to the magnificent Kimberley region this morning. Transfer to Broome Airport for our return flight to Sydney. Upon arrival into Sydney you will be met by It’s Easy Tours and transferred back to The Central Coast.

· You may wish to travel to Darwin on board the Ghan, contact our office for further details.

· Not wishing to take the flight into the Bungle Bungles on day 8. We will deduct $800.00 from the tour price. Please advise at time of booking.

· If you would like to extend your holiday in either Darwin or Broome let us know and we can organise this for you.

· Optional tours whilst in Broome: We suggest that you pre book as it is peak time and tours fill quickly.

· You can combine this holiday with our Red Centre Top End holiday or Darwin to Cairns. Ask for more details regarding these options.

Travel Club Booking Terms & ConditionsImportant: The terms, conditions and limitation of liability under which the tour operates are detailed hereunder and the payment of the tour deposit or tour price represents acceptance by the purchaser of the following:

1. The tour in this brochure is organised for the It’s Easy Travel Club Members and will travel on board a 48 seat, toilet equipped coach.

2. Deposit: To confirm your reservation a deposit of $500.00 per person is to be paid within 7 days of booking. Reservations will be held for 7 days only without deposit. Balance of payment for your holiday is to be paid 60 days prior to departure. Organisers reserves the right to accept waitlist passengers in place of applicants failing to finalise within the prescribed time.

3. Occasionally it may be necessary to alter or amend itineraries, accommodation and sightseeing arrangements from those published. This may be due to road, weather and other operational needs prevailing at the time and is always made in the best interest of your comfort. Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour, whether caused by mechanical defect, strikes or any other cause are the responsibility of the passenger.

4. A minimum number of bookings are required to operate a tour and also to ensure an enjoyable group atmosphere. Where sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, we reserves the right to cancel a scheduled departure date or tour.

5. Any special passenger requirements must be notified to us at the time of booking. No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative, such as to render themselves incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers.

6. Where a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date, according to sections 2 or 3 above, we shall endeavor to offer the nearest possible alternative tour (subject to a refund or payment to cover any tour price difference.) or, if this is not acceptable, refund your monies in full.

7. We cannot guarantee exact arrival and departure times and is not liable for any failure to make connections with any other service or guarantee the operation of any particular service.

8. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket or booking or to refuse to carry any passenger where payments have not been received by the company within the times specified in the tour brochure. It is a condition of carriage that a passenger has paid all tour monies prior to departure of the tour.

9. In the event of industrial action affecting air, rail or tour related transportation we will make every effort to contact you and advise alternative arrangements.

However if contact is not made, passengers should phone 0408 435 902

10. We reserve the right to vary the price advertised or printed to cover any significant increase in air fare, fuel prices, or other tour related tariffs and costs.

11. Due to Government regulations and company policy, smoking is not permitted inside tourist coaches, however, frequent stops provide the opportunity for those who desire to smoke.

12. To ensure all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front and window seats, a daily seat rotation system is employed.

13. Where a single passenger is willing to share accommodation with a fellow single passenger, we will endeavour to find another traveller of the same gender. We otherwise accept no responsibility for the suitability of the rooming partner and it is the condition of travel that single passengers willing to share accommodation accept the rooming partners allocated by us. If a passenger at any time during the tour considers the rooming partner to be unsuitable, we will, subject to availability and at the additional cost of the passenger, arrange single accommodation. If you are willing to share and there is no one to share with, the single supplement WILL be applicable. Single Rooms - are available upon request and a supplement is payable at the time of booking (see fare boxes). The supply of single rooms is very limited on this tour.

14. Baggage is entirely at “owner’s risk” during the tour and we strongly recommend travel insurance be taken out. Passengers are warned against leaving articles on board carriers or the tour coach at any time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS EFFECTIVE

DEPOSIT: $500.00 per person, paid within 7 days of booking by way of cash, cheques or direct deposit. Sorry no eftpos or credit card facilities.

BALANCE: The balance of the total tour cost is due and payable 40 days prior to departure. It is the sole responsibility of passengers to forward tour payment by due date.

CANCELLATION FEES – Domestic Only

Days of Notice: Fee per person: 60 days or more $200.00 31 – 59 days 50% of fare 30 days or Less than 100% of fare

These fees apply to coach content only. Any additional travel cancellation costs may be applicable such as airlines or motels as per their individual cancellation policies

NOTE: There is NO REFUND for any unused portion of the tour.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

As travel insurance is highly recommended by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, we advise passengers to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances which may arise.

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE

One medium size suitcase per person, the sum of its length/width and depth not to exceed 140cm (56”). In addition an overnight bag (airline size) which may be carried within the coach. Maximum weight of all luggage not to exceed 15kg. We are required by strict government vehicle weight regulations to enforce and adhere to this limit.
