between PCM & P6 • Each of the systems comes with the

integration piece provided as part of the system to link to the other.

• P6 Enterprise has the integration piece while P6 standalone does not.

• The integration of the two systems is as simple as configuring the location of the two systems.

Payment Requisition • Upon review and approval, P6 schedule

data is ready for use.

• The Payment Requisition for the Payment Period is created and SOV items linked to the Schedule Activities.

• “Update This Period” is selected and the Activity % Complete data populates the SOV % Complete, thus creating a billing/payment based on the Schedule.

• Provided with each systems & easy to set-up

• Time and effort is saved in just utilizing the project daily report activities to update the project schedule and in turn update and calculate the payment requisition schedules of values.
