- Terms and Conditions of Sale:
o Sale price: Customer has not defined a sale price. Offers are received.
o INEXLINK Commission: 5% of the final price of the transaction. This commission becomes effective once the equipment is paid by the buyer.
o Terms of Payment: Cash Payment.
o Final Disposition Certificate:
It is mandatory for the awarded company to deliver a certificate of final disposition, if necessary.
o Quantity: 12 conveyor belts.
o Delivery conditions: The straps are delivered to the buyer's premises. The cost of this transportation must be paid by the buyer based on the value of the current contract with the carrier certified by the mining company. Given the dimensions of these straps, transport must be carried out with a low bed. Once the award notification is received, there will be a maximum period of 30 calendar days to withdraw this inventory, otherwise respective charges for storage will apply.
o Visits: Visits may be made with prior confirmation and coordination with the selling customer.
o Stock Location: Northern Sector of Chile (Faena, Antofagasta.)
o Status: New.
o Selection of Bids: Offers must be made for units or the entire batch. In case your bid is pre-selected within a “short list”, we will proceed to perform a “Due Diligence” which embraces sending some information of your company, such as the constitution of the company, name of the partners and directors, around others. The information will be shared to the client in order to be considered at the moment to takes the decision of adjudication.
o Adjudication: The selling customer will award the offer that best suits their needs and at the time they deem convenient.
