Simplify information updates with intuitive tools

LYNKREACH3.0isaspecializedsolutionforhospitalityenvironments

thatprovidesasimplifiedUIandeditingtool.Thistoolorganizes

anddisplayscontent,suchashotelinformation,images,logosand

ElectronicProgramGuides(EPGs)usingexistinginfrastructure.Four

editabletemplatesareprovidedforcreatingafullycustomizable

UI.Alsoprovidedisanewtemplatethatsupportsadvertisements

withlivechannelsforthehotellobbyandrestaurants.Theabilityto

includeadvertisementsonthedisplaysduringbroadcastsprovides

anadditionalrevenuestreamforhotels.

TheREACHserverprovidesastraightforwardwaytomanageseveral

hundredhospitalitydisplaysremotely.Thissystemhelpsreduce

laborcostsassociatedwithupdatingeachdisplayindividually.The

technologyalsohelpsreducetotalcostofownership(TCO)because

noset-topbox(STB)orInternetProtocol(IP)infrastructureisneeded.

TheREACHinterfaceisdesignedtodisplaycontentonin-room

screensandprovidePC-basedcontentmanagementforhotel

personnel.In-roomscreencontentincludeshotelinformation

andmarketingmessagesforguests.Theinterfacehelpscontent

managersreadilyeditandmanageinformationandthecontentcan

beprovidedfromtheInternetthroughtheREACHserver.

Tofurthercustomizein-roomcontentforguests,REACHoffers

additionalconveniencesforthehotelmanager,suchascreating

contentforspecificgroupsofguests.Variousguestscanbeassigned

togroupsthathavesimilarsetsofchannelsandcontentneeds.

Managerscancreateupto10groupsofdisplayswithdedicated

contentforeachgroup,whichisidealfortargetingaspecificgroupof

guestssuchasconventionattendees.

HospitalityHomeMenu.Thewelcomemessage,hotelinformation,

andeasyaccessfeaturescanbeeditedfromthefactorymode.Plus,

thecustomizationsmadetotheHomeMenucanbeeasilyclonedto

aUSB,whichcanthenbeusedtoapplythesamecustomizationto

otherSamsungHospitalityDisplays.

Enhance content protection with pure software DRM

solution

SamsungLYNKDRMtechnologyprovideshoteliers,facilitymanagers

andownerswithasafeguardedandcost-effectivealternative

totraditionalhardware-basedcontentprotectionsystems.This

technologyallowsencryptedcontenttopasssafelytodisplayon

hospitalityscreens.

Asoftware-onlyimplementation,SamsungLYNKDRMtechnology

providesquickerrecoveryforConditionalAccessSystem(CAS)

problems.Enhancedfunctionsincludesupportforavideo-on-

demand(VoD)system.Tohelpensurereliability,thetechnologyalso

supportsadditionstocablehead-endequipment.

clock accessory

Theoptional,attachableclockhelpshoteliersprovidethecorrect

timetoguests.Theclock’sbackuppowersupplyeliminatestheneed
