Purpose:• Sealing of blister caps against blister cardboards (classic style) or paper
for sales packs• Producing sterile packs for implants, syringes, medicine etc.
(PET-Blister against Tyvek or medicine paper)
Operating elements:Infinitely adjustable sealing temperature, time andpressure

Operations:An already formed blister cap, loaded with products will be placed upsidedown into the sealing tool and covered by a blister cardboard or Tyvekpaper. The operator pushes a two-hand button and the sealing table turnsby 180° into the sealing station and starts automatically the sealing process.The heated sealing stamps presses the packing materials into the sealingtool and seals the blister. Meanwhile the operator removes the finishedpacks out of the second tool, which stands in front of the machine now,and reloads the tool again. After the stamp has released, the operatorstarts the machine again. Depending on pack’s size several packs can bepacked at the same time.

Way of operation:
Fix sealing tools on the turning table.
Place blister-caps into the sealing tool and load it with your products.
Place blister-cards with coated side to the blister cap between fixing springs.
Press 2-hand-button to turn sealing tool by 180° into the sealing station.
When the turning mode has been finished, the sealing stamp moves downand seals the blister-cards and the blister-caps.
The finsihed blister packs stand in front now and can be removed. Thesealing tool is reloaded and the packaging process continues.
During the sealing process the finished blister packs can be removed andthe tool can be reloaded. This guarantees a continuous packaging processwith high packaging output and excellent packaging quality. Dependingon machine’s size and product’s size the packaging output can be increasedby multi-cavities.
