This document should be reviewed by the campus Human Resources Officer or campus designee(s) responsible for disseminating this memorandum to appropriate campus personnel. Affected Employees Group/Unit No affect to employees. Details The attached report provides summary data for a variety of internal benchmark positions and organizes these positions into six categories: Academic Affairs, Administration and Finance, Executive, Information Technology, Student Affairs, and University Advancement. The following information is provided in the attached report:

MPP Admin Grade Level(s)

Total number of incumbents campuses matched to the benchmark job description

Total number of campuses that reported a match to the benchmark job description

Average, median, minimum and maximum salary Also attached for your reference is a benchmark job description list sorted by job title. Only benchmark job titles campuses matched to appear in the summary report. Campuses were requested to report position information for active MPP employees as of March 1, 2015. Interim appointments, foundation and other non-CSU employees are not included. In addition, a campus may have matched more than one incumbent to a benchmark position.
