Smart Cities Portfolio Working Group

• Working with Smart Cities Portfolio partners to establish the Working Group and agree governance arrangements, including a Work Plan

• Chair Working Group meetings and coordinate arrangements for meetings and associated activities (in collaboration with the Commission and other partners)

• Establish working relationships with key networks, including Eurocities and ENoLL, and coordinate the promotion of Working Group activities and initiatives through these networks and more widely

• Coordinate the production and implementation of a Communications Plan for the Smart Cities Portfolio (in collaboration with the Commission and other partners)

• Developing the highest possible profile for the Working Group’s activities by exploiting the projects’ links with key decision makers at regional, national and international level as well as with the media.
