DESCRIPTION
Kunstpodium T presenteert op maandag 8 september 2014 in museum De Pont de tweede editie van de ‘Dag van de Jonge Kunstenaar’, ditmaal in een internationaal jasje; ‘Day of the Young Artist’. De dag zal van start gaan met een openingswoord door Hendrik Driessen, directeur van museum De Pont, gevolgd door een keynote lezing van Pascal Gielen, kunstcriticus en lector aan de Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Tilburg. Thom Puckey, jaarmeester (adviseur voor Kunstpodium T Tilburg 2014-15) voor het befaamde Leerling/Meester project seizoen 2014-2015 gaat in gesprek over de positionering van de jonge kunstenaar. Daarnaast zullen er presentaties, workshops, gesprekken en lezingen zijn. Bovenal is de ‘Day of the Young Artist’ de perfecte plek elkaar te ontmoeten, ervaringen uit te wisselen en nieuwe verbindingen aan te gaan.TRANSCRIPT
