Do you remember the date of last year's Easter? Do you know when we will celebrate it next year?Probably not, becausę Easter doesn't have a set date. It is a movable holiday. MAKE A PAI{CAKE!8. Pancakes are everytrody's favourite food on Pancake Day. Read the recipe

and underline the verbs.

Ingredients

8 ounces of flour (230 g) I pint of milk (0.57 1) 2 eggs a pinch of salt2 teaspoons of oil 1 lemon sugar for sprinkling

Method:

_ Cook until the top is dry.

_ Put the pancake on a plate and sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.

_Add the milk little by little until the mixture is creamy.- Break the eggs onę at a time and pour them into the bowl._ Pour in enough batter to cover the frying pan._ Roll up before serving.

- Heat a littlę oil in the Ęing pan.

_ Toss the pancake and cook the other side until brown.1 Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl._ Mix the eggs and flour together.
