ON-CAMPUS HOUSINGThe University of Dayton School of Law offers on-campus housing for first-year law students. Upper-level students may request to retain their on-campus apartments, but the University cannot guarantee this option. Building facilities and semester rates may be viewed by visiting udayton.edu/studev/housing.

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING PROCESSHousing units and parking spaces for Plumwood Apartments and University Place are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Your seat deposit of $400 must be received by the School of Law.

2. Submit the on-campus housing reservation form at udayton.edu/law/admissions/admitted_students/housing_reser-vation.php. Be sure to indicate the type of housing desired, as well as a second and third preference.

3. The University of Dayton Department of Housing and Residence Life will contact you via email with contract terms and conditions, assignment and cancellation policies. The date on which the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid receives a student’s housing reservation form will be the date used in determining the housing assignment.

OFF-CAMPUS HOUSINGRentals in Dayton generally range from $600-$850 per month, depending on size, location and if students are living alone or with a roommate or group. Many students live near campus, in surrounding suburbs or even commute from the Cincinnati area. The list below has been compiled for your convenience, and the properties are neither managed, inspected nor endorsed by the University of Dayton and are by no means inclusive of everything available in the Dayton region.
