Dear Hiring Manager: It is with great fervor that I submit my resume for the position at your organization. As an administrative professional with over four years’ experience, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to your team. As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles, mostly in public education office and classroom administration, where I was not just the administrative assistant and technology liaison but also gatekeeper, calendar overseer, bookkeeper and organizational guru. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely relish it; I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same. In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to presentation. One of my recent projects involved coordinating the school’s 2015-2016 revenue summary for all spending and accounts. I proofed and edited by the division head, formatted spreadsheets, and generally made sure every invoice and account matched the books and that the entire finished product conformed to the specific guidelines set by the Financial Director. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as prepping the materials for a top-level meeting and as mundane as making sure the copier never runs out of paper. In each of my previous job experiences, I have tactfully performed my assignments with an utmost degree of skill and professionalism. My current objective is to obtain a position that will fully utilize my knowledge and skills as well as offer an opportunity for unremitting professional growth. In short, I must be successful but also challenged to assure personal and professional progression. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as prepping the materials for a top-level meeting and as mundane as making sure the copier never runs out of paper. I believe in excellence and have always dedicated myself, my talents and my creative abilities to assure the successful accomplishment of any goals. My affability, positive attitude and willingness to give 150% makes me a valuable asset to any organization that would employ me. I am confident that my knowledge and skills will be an asset and have a favorable impact in your organization. In closing, I look forward to hearing from you and learning more about your organization and the goals and plans you have set to accomplish and by what means I may be able to contribute to its continued achievement and development. Thank you for your time and consideration. Warmest regards, Virginia A. Campbell

Dear Hiring Manager:

It is with great fervor that I submit my resume for the position at your organization. As an

administrative professional with over four years’ experience, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to your team.

As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles, mostly in

public education office and classroom administration, where I was not just the administrative

assistant and technology liaison but also gatekeeper, calendar overseer, bookkeeper and organizational guru. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely relish it; I thrive in an

environment where no two work days are exactly the same.

In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to presentation. One of my recent projects involved coordinating the school’s 2015-2016

revenue summary for all spending and accounts. I proofed and edited by the division head, formatted spreadsheets, and generally made sure every invoice and account matched the books

and that the entire finished product conformed to the specific guidelines set by the Financial Director. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as prepping

the materials for a top-level meeting and as mundane as making sure the copier never runs out

of paper.

In each of my previous job experiences, I have tactfully performed my assignments with an utmost degree of skill and professionalism. My current objective is to obtain a position that will

fully utilize my knowledge and skills as well as offer an opportunity for unremitting professional growth. In short, I must be successful but also challenged to assure personal and professional

progression. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as prepping the materials for a top-level meeting and as mundane as making sure the copier never

runs out of paper.

I believe in excellence and have always dedicated myself, my talents and my creative abilities to

assure the successful accomplishment of any goals. My affability, positive attitude and willingness to give 150% makes me a valuable asset to any organization that would employ me. I

am confident that my knowledge and skills will be an asset and have a favorable impact in your organization.

In closing, I look forward to hearing from you and learning more about your organization and the

goals and plans you have set to accomplish and by what means I may be able to contribute to its continued achievement and development. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Warmest regards,
