On 8 th February, 2015 it was well explained that how and agenda item no. 3 of the GB-35 not approved in GB-36 but the proceeding was circulated in the meeting GB-37. It is well on record that in none of these meetings the quorum was complete and the meetings were not validly competent to pass or confirm such a policy decision of nomination of a family member of the society who is alive. The society had passed a regulation to grant membership to one of the family members of the deceased member but in utter violation of the societies unanimous decision backdoor entry has been rushed through. In order to justify your non availability the meetings are convened almost after a year despite the fact and precedence a unanimous resolution was passed to convene at least quarterly meetings. By assigning all powers with one person all the society members have been made a projected as big zeros. This one man show has also made all the members mute spectators. In the 37 th GB meeting except Mr. KK Gupta all the members disagreed to buy your argument of awarding the membership in lieu of legal advice tendered by him. you had been holding administrative post and should respect the majority opinion. I did mention that more than 50 percent members have rejected this backdoor entry of membership in writing. Others though hold similar views but may not be expressing openly. Members by enlarge have reservation of your emotional appeal of temperamental and to quit as president especially in view of the fact that since you shifted to Delhi and have no time for coming all along to attend the meeting. It is your sweet will to continue as president but should not be at the cost of transparency or rights of the members. We have high objections to your repeatedly saying in the meeting that one or two members are hijacking the meetings. In fact the fact is otherwise that the society working and meetings are being hijacked because of your faulty working and vesting powers on the whole society in a particular member.
