THIS HOUSE BELIEVES IF YOU OBEY ALL THE RULES, YOU MISS ALL

    THE FUN

Because lifes ultimate pleasure can only be achieved if the rules that

governed your life are something that you believed in.

Origin: If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun.

    Katharine Hepburn

Katharine Houghton Hepburn (May 12, 1907 June 29, 2003) was an American actress of

film, stage, and television. Known for her headstrong independence and spirited personality,

Hepburn's career as a Hollywood leading lady spanned more than 60 years. She cultivated ascreen persona that matched this public image, and regularly played strong-willed,

sophisticated women. Hepburn famously shunned the Hollywood publicity machine, and

refused to conform to societal expectations of women. She was outspoken, assertive, athletic,

and wore pants before it was fashionable

    ARGUMENTS

    1. To be matured and independent, you must learn to make decisions including

weighing up which rules to follow in life

e.g: Simin Behbahani has written passionate love poems as well as narrative poetry

enriched by a motherly affection for all humans.[84] Behbahani is president of The

Iranian Writers' Association and was nominated for theNobel Prize in literature in

1997. She defied the rules in her country that women should not even go out of the

house, let alone having a career of writing about womens right . She did find pleasure

in her life by breaking the rules that governs the life of Iranian women.

    2. The pleasure of experiencing success in life is sometimes achieved by breaking

    certain rules.

e.g: our former prime minister, Tun Dr. Mahadhir is a great man, and was a great

leader, but before his success as a renowed prime minister, he was once expelled by

the ruling party UMNO, all because he broke the rules of being outspoken when he

    should just remain quite.

    3. Lifes greatest lesson is learnt through making mistakes.

You may think that if you follow all the rules and avoid making mistakes, you will

lead a good life, but on the contrary, it is through making mistakes that you will

fulfilled all that you want in life.
