DEC IMPIANTI has been awarded a new contract for the turn key supply of a Solvent Recovery Unit (SRU), complete of Advanced Activated Carbon adsorption system (DEC.AAS) with inert gas (N2) regeneration system (DEC.RSX5), coupled with Advanced Dehydration Module (DEC.ADM), based on zeolite adsorption (DEC.UDS2) and 3 columns distillation system (DEC.DST3). The system will be delivered to:

With a capacity of up to 155.000 m3/h and 5.700 T/y, dealing with rotogravure and solvent based lamination machines, in a multi-solvent environment (ethyl acetate, ethanol,

isopropanol, cyclohexane, etc.), this system will represent the state of the art of VOC treatment systems, for safety, quality, process technology and related control interfaces, delivered to European market.

The complete project is set for completion in year 2016.

This SRU will be substituting the actual 3 oxidizers (RTO) and represents the second system delivered

by DEC IMPIANTI to CENTROPLAST Group: the first unit has been delivered back in 2009 (site of

Meldola, Italy), recovering a multi-solvent mixture coming from flexo, lamination and rotogravure

machines. Thanks to the success of the first installation, which is recovering, since several years, pure

Acetates and pure Alcohols for direct re-use, allowing sale of excess recovered solvents, DEC IMPIANTI
