After three successful editions, the 4th International Conference on Electrical Engineering – ICEE’2015 will take place at the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IGEE, ex. INELEC), University of Boumerdes, in the wonderful city of Boumerdes, from December 13th to 15th, 2015.

The ICEE’2015 aims to promote research in electrical engineering and electronics. It is an opportunity to exchange experiences and present research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and applied Electrical Engineering. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. Prospective authors are invited to submit four-page camera-ready manuscripts on topics related to, but not limited to, the following topics:

1. Control Systems Engineering Control and Robotics, Measurements and Instrumentation, System Identification, Nonlinear and Robust Control, Intelligent Control, Fault Diagnosis. 2. Power Engineering Power Systems analysis, Power Systems operation and control, Power Electronics, Machines and Electric drives, High Voltage Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Power quality, Smart Grid. 3. Telecommunications and Signal Processing Image and speech Processing, Pattern Recognition, Biomedical Imaging, RF/Microwave Circuits and Systems, Antennas and Wave Propagation, Radar and Satellite Systems, Information Theory and Coding, Wireless and Mobile Communications. 4. Computer Engineering and applications Design and development methodologies, Embedded Architectures and Technologies, Intelligent Systems and Application, Microprocessor, Microcontroller, DSP, FPGA based Systems.

Paper Submission Submitted papers must be unpublished and not being currently under review for any other publication. Authors are invited to submit a 4-page full paper according to the IEEE template available at: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

All papers must be written in English and should be submitted in PDF format to the ICEE’2015 using the CMT online submission: https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/EE2015/Default.aspx

All submissions will be reviewed on the basis of relevance, originality, importance and clarity following a double-blind peer review process. One of the authors of an accepted submission must register, attend and present their work (in the form of either oral or poster presentation) as a condition of publication.
