Diversification Objective MRS Services Group personnel have many years of experience in the delivery of operations and asset management solutions. We have senior personnel with extensive experience in mechanical, fabrication, electrical, mining and maintenance works. MRS Services Group will provide experienced project management, site management, site supervision, and qualified tradespeople, trades assistants and equipment operators to perform the works. The approach we take is to approach each project with comprehensive planning & scoping of all activities, the formation of a master schedule to drive the execution and control of the works. MRS Services Group will provide a comprehensive post-turnaround report that details the overall project performance against all planned key result areas.
