Phoenix & Dragon Bookstore’s Annual Celestial Soiree has transformed into Thirteen Days of Celestial Celebration. We were determined to redesign our celebration to honor the magic and delight of this holiday season for so many spiritual paths, whether Winter Solstice, Diwali, Yule, Chanukah, Christmas, or Kwanza. Our goal is to create a fun celebration adapted for the demands of these challenging times. The Thirteen Days of Celestial Celebration commences with two special events: Saturday, December 5, 10:30 am to 1:00 pm (Free). Make and Take House Blessing Ornament of flowers, herbs, spices and crystals selected with purpose and intent in a crystal clear sphere. Call to schedule a 15 minute slot to create some magic. Saturday, December 5, 11 am to 5pm (Free). Yes, there will still be our beloved Wish Wizard of Wonder throughout the day, inscribing your wishes in the Great Book of Wishes, with some fun new twists to the 2020 version we will have a special socially distanced surprise.   Day 2: Sunday December 6—Celebrate Creativity. Come to the Gallery and experience the wonderland of 12-year-old Anthony Schmidt’s Small Cars, Big Inspiration photography book and prints. Freda Cornelius from Professional Framing Company will demonstrate custom framing possibilities featuring 12-year-old Anthony Schmidt’s world of wonder as you are transported to a different time and place with his vintage model cars creating scenes from the past. 20% discounts on Anthony’s prints and door prizes will be a bonus to your visit. After the grand opening weekend, let the planets be your guide to special 20% off discounts each weekday for that days’ planet’s sphere of influence. Shamanic Women’s Group Vicki Evans This circle was created to support and encourage women who are interested, or even just a bit curious, about shamanism and other nature-based beliefs. The women who attend the circle have all levels of experiences from almost none to years of shamanic practice.

So many women are exploring the different belief systems and don’t have others to share their experiences with, this cir-cle was created just for that reason. This circle was created as a safe place to come and be heard, to learn and to share your experiences as you deepen your spiritual practice.

Home Blessing Ornament Make and Take Join us in creating a home blessing ornament to grace your home for the holiday season. Each participant will be given and empty ornament and a pre-packaged bag of herbs and flowers specifically chosen to promote protection, love, peace and strength. Each ornament can be customized with addi-tional botanicals to support balance, fidelity, good wishes, money drawing, and motivation. All supplies provided. [Zoom Class] Kabbalah/Tarot Monthly Mastermind Mashup Linda Horton This laid back “drop in” class looks at one or two elements of Kabbalah each month and how they apply to Tarot.  The rest of the class time is spent “learning by doing” in the form of micro-readings. The goal is to show you how to immediately apply what you’re learning to your readings and your life. Bring a Tarot Deck with you.
