Instead  of  watching  TV,  today  I  will  help  my  mom  with  a  chore.    

If  someone  is  mean  to  me  today,  I  will  ask  God  to  forgive  him  or  her.  

I  will  pray  for  those  who  are  hungry  and  can’t  have  sweets.
