1. Company Background

Decibel Ltd. is a full- service, independent noise engineering, acoustics consultancy

and project execution company offering comprehensive services and materials for

residential buildings, specialized premises and industrial buildings. Our well trained

and experienced engineers provide noise control and acoustic solutions for architects,

investors, project management organizations construction companies, , private and

state organizations.

We offer a complete range of services including site visits, noise measurements,

project engineering, project supervision and implementation. We work with certified

and tested materials, software and hardware products to ensure the achievement of

trustworthy results. Decibel Ltd. has its own testing laboratory for soundproofing

materials and own research and development department for new sound-controlsolutions.

5.1. MUTE SYSTEM

A complete construction less wall insulation system, developed for residential needs. The

MUTE SYSTEM offers a thin and effective solution for bedrooms, living rooms and other

premises where space is limited and noise comfort is needed. MUTE SYSTEM is extremely

easy to apply and has revolutionary thickness between 20 and 40mm, depending on the

soundproofing level that has to be achieved. MUTE SYSTEM set contains noise insulation

panels, montage accessories to fix the panels to the wall and special joint treatment

accessories. It comes in sets with a user's manual for easy installation for do-it-yourself.

5.2. C-MUTE SYSTEM

A complete construction less insulation system for ceilings

suitable for residential premises, as well as for offices,

conference rooms and other special purpose rooms. The

C- MUTE SYSTEM offers a thin and effective solution

where space is limited and noise comfort is needed. C-

MUTE SYSTEM is extremely easy to apply , does not need

a construction and has revolutionary thickness between

20 and 40mm, depending on the soundproofing level that

has to be achieved. C- MUTE SYSTEM set contains noise

insulation panels, montage system to fix the panels to the existing ceiling and special joint

treatment accessories.

5.3. F-MUTE SYSTEM

An effective and easy to apply floor insulation system, developed for residential premises. It

is suitable to insulation structural and airborne noise. F-MUTE SYSTEM differs from the

conventional floating floor insulation materials as it has an optimal thickness of 40 mm. The

system is easy to apply from professionals and also amateurs. There are no wet processes

during the application and

there are no restrictions for

the floorings that could be

used over it.

6. Research and Development

Decibel Ltd. has its own laboratory for soundproofing and acoustic materials testing. The

R&D department has designed and tested the first soundproofing system for the civil

engineering that is mountable without construction, thin and easy to handle for non-

professional installment. Currently the R&D department has focused on user friendly high-

tech noise control solutions for the civil engineering.

8.1. Human Resources

Since the foundation of DECIBEL one of the company's core values is the human resource.

We believe that young and highly motivated professionals bring the quality of the services

that DECIBEL offers to its clients. Our team members are engineers, PhD's and business

specialists. We offer extensive training programs for graduates and post- graduates. We also

conduct teaching seminars in the field of noise control and acoustics in The University of

Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The Team

eng. Tsvetan Nedkov - senior executive manager

Eng. Tsvetan Nedkov has graduated from the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering

in Sofia, Bulgaria with a diploma for a civil engineer. He is currently working on his PhD. in

Acoustics and Noise Control Engineering in the Technical University in Sofia. He works in the

field of noise control and soundproofing since 2009. He is member of the Acoustics Society

of America and the Young Acoustician's Network in Europe.

Ilian Petrov- project manager

Ilian Petrov is due to graduate from the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in

Sofia, Bulgaria with a diploma for a civil engineer. Meanwhile he is working on sound

proofing projects for residential and industrial needs. He is developing a range of chiller

soundproofing installations.

Eng. Alexander Kirechev has graduated graduate from the University of Architecture and Civil

Engineering in Sofia, Bulgaria with a diploma for a civil engineer. Currently he is working

mainly in the field of residential soundproofing and machines noise control.

Diana Tzonevska- marketing manager

Diana Tzonevska has graduated from European Business University in London, UK with a

diploma for BA (HONS) International Business with German and Italian. She is currently

working as strategic marketing manager in DECIBEL.
