DEPOSITS. To confirm a booking, we require a non- refundable deposit for each guest. This deposit is required within 10 days of the provisional booking being made and once the fee is paid your reservation will be secured. The deposit amounts are as follows: Christmas Party Lunch (8+ guests) - £15pp, Christmas Party Dinner - £25pp, Christmas Day/Boxing Day/ New Year’s Eve - £50pp.
FINAL BALANCE. The final balance payments are as follows: Christmas Party bookings - four weeks prior to reservation date. Christmas Day/Boxing Day/New Year’s Eve – Friday 10th November 2017. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of the reservation date then the non-refundable full payment would be required upon booking. Please note these final payments are non-refundable/transferable should you cancel once these have been paid. In the event of cancellation due to severe weather conditions we will endeavour to offer an alternative date. We reserve the right to cancel a Christmas party night in the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances arise, should this happen then you would be offered another date or alternatively offered a full refund.
RESERVATION DETAILS. We will require a full pre-order detailing each guest’s name and meal choices, this should be returned to us (in writing via post or email) no later than Friday 10th November 2017. We strive to provide a five-star experience for our guests and therefore ask if you could please arrive no less than 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. Please note that only food and drink purchased at the Roslin Beach Hotel are permitted to be consumed on the premises. Staff will not tolerate any aggressive behaviour. Our staff have the right to refuse service to anybody they deem to be too intoxicated. Our challenge 25 policy states that if you look under 25 then you will be asked for photo ID to prove that you are over 18 when trying to purchase alcohol.
