PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 5 , 2013 , in Department

41 of the above-entitled Court , the Court conducted a hearing

regarding the request of Lisa Bartley of ABC7 to copy Exhibit "GG"

to Plaintiff's Declaration previously submitted in opposition to

Defendants ' joint motion for summary judgment .

Appearances of counsel were made as follows: Kathryn

Saldana of the Metzger Law Group for Plaintiff ; none for Defendants.

The Court expressed concern to Plaintiff's counsel that

copying of Exhibit "GG may deface the exhibit as it is a CD

containing video footage . Counsel for Plaintiff represented that it

would supply a copy of Exhibit "GG to Lisa Bartley. Therefore ,

Exhibit "GG in the Court"s custody will not be copied or used .
