Advent comes from the Latin word which means "coming". What a sweet season for us as a Church, as we celebrate Ad-vent together and remember that our Lord robed himself in flesh and came down to earth. Pastor Rusty and myself will be preaching a sermon series entitle "The Music of the Mes-siah". We will focus on the theology of the old carols and walk through the themes of advent (Hope, Love, Joy, and Peace). Many great opportunities of worship and service will be happening throughout December!
