Defining suitable experience for user is now becoming a very important part of a successful design. There is currently much interest in notions of product like iPhone, which is a successful product of experience design. Experience design is the result of research and practice in arts, design and usability. In this presentation, the audience will get to know how Human Factors knowledge can be applied in design in industries, get to understand what is experience design, how to setup an experience design process, how to identify user needs, how to visualize the user experience into design and how to conduct usability tests to validate design concepts. The presenter will explore with you the state of the art in the theory, process and practice of experience design.
