Introduction
•Clearing of forest by burning or, logging off is called deforestation.• Around 18 million acres of the forests are cleared.•Forest covers 31% of the land area of the planet.

• With increase in the population the demand of home automatically boost up , to fulfil the need forest are the target.

2. Logging
• Many commercial companies fell down trees in a process called selective logging , where most valuable trees are felled .
• Over the years the wood demand as moved from fuels to house hold products.
