Accounting

Integration of accounting systems such as SAP, DATEV and others for transferring credit and debit notes, stock and inventory information, cost of sales and master data.

HL7 Interface

The HL7 Interface connects Delegate Patients Service with your hospital information system and can be configured according to your requirements. All patient data relevant for menu ordering (such as patient master data, admission date, transfer / discharge and assigned diets) can be transferred via this interface.

Patient and Resident Administration

Meal Ordering

Self Ordering

This module can be used for individualized ordering from the menu and is configured to perfectly match a patient’s diet forms, allergies, likes and dislikes. Patients order from their customized selection of products by themselves. This module has an online connection with Delegate Patients Service and orders are available directly in the production process. This web-based application can be embedded in patient terminals (bedside terminals).

Offline Meal Ordering For Windows Tablets, Notebooks, iOS and Android*

Use our Offline Meal Ordering module to take a patient’s or resident’s order directly, no matter where they are situated. This application runs on mobile devices and does not require an online database connection. Data will be synchronized with the database before and after taking orders.

Mobile Solution For Android, iOS and Windows 10*

For simplified handling of various operational processes, you can run them directly on location via a mobile device. The respective data are transmitted to a mobile device and can be edited offline (without database connection) on the de-vice. When recording of on-location data is finished, they will be syn-chronized with the application. This module can be used for processing orders, received goods, transfers and inventories.

Ordering Options

• Room Service Ordering Patients place their orders via phone call. Dispatchers will view the customized menu offer for the respective patient plus available delivery times in the Room Service Ordering Module. They enter the delivery time and menu choice ac-cording to the patient’s wishes and complete the order.

• Customer Self Ordering Patients can order the meals available directly via the Room Service Module. They will be able to view the menu offer and delivery time options and complete the order by themselves.

Distribution LogisticsMenu components from orders are summed up according to their delivery time and where they are prepared. These summaries will then be printed out in the respective kitchen department for each requested delivery.

Delivery ToursA delivery note containing all necessary delivery data is the basis for full traceability from production to menu delivery at the patient. This note includes a barcode which will be scanned with a handheld scanner at each of the different production and delivery steps. This data is then synchronized with Delegate Patients Service and can be used for further analysis. Alternatively, the barcode can be scanned via app instead of handheld scanner.

Mobile Meal OrderingFor Smartphones and Tablets

This web-based application can be called via any mobile device (smart-phone, tablet), no local installation is required. Patients log in with their user ID and PIN via their de-vice. This module allows to display a customized menu offer for the patients according to their diets, allergies and dislikes. They order from their individual selec tion of products by themselves. This module has an online connection with Delegate Patients Service and orders are available directly in the production process.

ROOM SERVICE

This module enables your patients to order meals via Room Service at varying times. Patients, for whom Room Service is available, and menu choices are defined in the system. Additionally, you specify delivery time options and capacities. Based on these specifications, free capacities for the selected delivery times will be displayed in the Room Service Module and orders can be placed accordingly.
