Notice of Inviting Tender

Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University invites offers in two bid systems for engaging

the firm with the relevant experience to set up a Project Development and Management

Consultants (PDMC) to support the conceptualization and implementation of dedicated short-

term (3-6 months) skills courses in a variety of sectors with an exclusive focus on immediate

employment. These courses will aim at aspirational roles with high demand in Delhi’s local

economy. It is expected that DSEU will launch 3-4 such courses at a scale of 5000-10000

students over the next 1 year.

The application can be submitted online on http://govtprocurement.delhi.gov.in only

and application received from other modes are summarily rejected.
