    Salt to taste.

    4. BANANA BOAT:

    Banana sliced, honey, cashew crushed.

    5. PAPAYA MELON COMBO:

    Papaya, Musk Melon, Milk-maid, Mix Dry Fruits.

    6. CHANA CHAT:

    Soaked & Boiled Red Chana, Boiled Potato (Aloo), Tomato,Chat Masala, Lime,Coriander, Salt to

    Taste.

    7. SPROUT BHEL:

    Moong sprout, Pomegranate, Grated Coconut, Lime, Tomato, Capsicum,

    Coriander, Soaked

    peanuts, Salt to taste.

    8. SWEET TOOTH:

    Carrot, Beet (Grated), Milk-maid, and Mix Dry Fruits.

    9. GREEN RAITA:

    Cucumber grated, Curd, Crushed Roasted Peanuts, Rock Salt to taste.

    35. GO GREEN:

    Broccoli, Ice berg, Bean Sprouts, American Sweet Corn ,Olive oil, Pineapple,

    Orange / Apple Juice, Limes, Pumpkin Seeds, Salt to taste.

    36. CORNY CORNY:

    Carrot, Capsicum, Bell Peppers, Pannier, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Asparagus,

    Parsley, Zucchini,

    Celery , Lettuce, Ice berg, Cherry Tomato, American Sweet Corn, Baby Corn,

    Mushrooms,

    Orange Juice, Mustard Sauce, Olive Oil, Sesame Seeds, Lime, Salt to taste,

    37. KACHUMBER:

    Cucumber, Tomato, Capsicum, Coconuts, Peanuts, Coriander, Lime, Pomegranate

    Salt to taste.

    38. STUFFED TOMATO / CAPSICUM:

    Remove seeds from tomato,

    Stuffing: Parsley, Celery, Carrot, Coconut, Coriander, Peanuts, Mix Herbs, Lime,

    Salt.

    Mix well & Stuff it into Tomato.

    Dressing with Sev & Coriander sticks.

    39. S S Y PAAN:

    Sweet Paan, Gulkand, Mix Sauf, Dry Coconut grated, Carrot, Cabbage grated

    with Chat Masala

    Stuff it & serve (Elaichi optional)

    40. SWEETY POHA:

    Soaked Thick Poha, Jaggery (into paste), Coconut grated, and Almond. Mix Well.

    41. MIX & MATCH:

    Mix all seasonal Exotic Veggies, - Stir fry. Add Olive oil, Soya Sauce, Honey,

    Ginger, Lime,

    Salt & Sesame seeds with Apple, Pineapple, & Tomato Juice.

    42. JUICY JUICY:

    Baked Beans, Pannier, Cucumber, Tomato, Aloo (Potato) American Sweet Corn,

    Apple &

    Orange Juice, Ginger juice, Lime & Salt. Sev as dressing.

    43. BITTER & SWEET:

    Karela (Bitter gourd), Grated Coconut, Peanuts, Tomato, Coriander, Lime,

    Soak Kerala (without skin) in Salt for Half Hour with Cashew and Stir fry.

    44. SOMETHING FISHY:

    Yellow Pumpkin (grated), Milkmaid, Milk, and Cashew & Almond. Mix Well.

    45. FLORIDA SALAD:Ice berg, Lettuce, Bean Sprouts, Broccoli, Celery, One Cup of Ripe Musk

    Melons Puree, Jeera

    Powder, Coriander, Salt & Pepper.

    46. CRUNCHY VEGETABLES:

    Cabbage big pieces, Broccoli, Celery, Parsley, Pineapple Ginger Juice &

    Pineapple Juice.

    Heat Olive Oil, Stir Fry Vegetables on High Flame with Juices till the juices dried

    up.

    Add Salt & Mix Herbs. Serve hot.

    47. MINTY SALAD:

    Carrot, Cucumber, Cabbage, Rajma (soaked & boiled) , Pudina ( Mint leaves)

    finely chopped,

    Honey, Lime, Ginger & salt to taste.

    48. CITRUS SALAD:

    Macaroni, Capsicum, Carrot, Bean Sprout, Orange Juice, Pudina (Mint leaves),

    Mustard Powder, Curd, Sugar & Salt to taste..

    49. FRUITS & LETTUCE SALAD:

    All Mix Fruits with Lettuce, Ice Berg, Red Lettuce, & Almond, Lime , Honey.

    50. BEAN SPROUTS SALAD:Bean Sprouts, Capsicum, Soya Sauce, Sugar, Vinegar, Roasted Peanuts, crushed ,

    Olive Oil,

    Salt to taste.

    51. ORIENTAL SALAD:

    Soya Beans, Potato, Tomato, Cabbage, Lime, Olive Oil, Salt.

    (Soak Soya for two hours, boiled & strain water out of it.) . Stir Fry.

    52. FLORETS SALAD:

    Broccoli, Bean Sprouts, Green Peas, Lime, Olive Oil, Soya Sauce, Sugar, Pepper,

    Salt,

    Sesame seeds (Boil it all for 2-3 minutes)

    53. FRUIT TREAT:

    Mango, Banana, Musk Melon, Apple, Honey, Walnut, Apricot, Figs, Cashew,

    Almond.

    Add everything together. Serve Chilled.

    54. CORN BHEL:

    Boiled American Sweet Corn, Baby Corn, Capsicum, Sprouted Alfa Alfa,

    Tomato, SaltLime and Chat Masala.

    55. QUICK CHAT:

    Boiled Potato, Red Chana Soaked & Boiled, Chat Masala, Salt, Lime and lot of

    Coriander.

    Note: Apple, Tomato, Orange juices can be added to the Salad with Honey, Ginger,

    as dressing.

    S O U P S:

    1. HEALTHY TOMATO SOUP:

    Tomato, 250 grams, Moong Dal, Corn Flour, Low Fat Milk, Butter, Sugar, Salt &

    Pepper.

    Grind it together. ( Onions are optional).

    2. VEG BROTH :

    Potato, Tomato, Carrot, Bottle Gourd, Celery, Butter & Salt.

    Dill Leaves (Shepu ) chopped & Coriander chopped, Paneer grated.

    (No need to Grind the Veg.)

    3. SPINACH & BABY CORN SOUP:Boil Spinach, Baby Corn, together churn well and grind it. Add Corn Flour,

    Butter, Salt & Pepper. Leave some Baby Corn slices to float.

    4. MAKAI SHORBA:

    American Sweet Corn, Clove, Cinnamon, Carrot, Coriander, Haldi, Milk & Olive

    Oil. Salt.

    Make a puree of Boiled Corn. Add milk & top it with Carrot pieces & corn

    kernels.

    5. THAI VEG SOUP:

    Carrot, Pannier, Mushroom, Spinach, Baby Corn, Bean Sprouts, Vinegar, Soya

    Sauce, Butter. Boil it & Stir Fry.

    (Onions can be sauted)

    6. BROCCOLI BROTH:

    Broccoli, Carrot, Celery, Pasta, Coriander Olive Oil.

    7. ASPARAGUS SOUP:

    Asparagus, Potato, Butter, Milk, & Salt & Pepper.

    Saute Asparagus in Butter & Keep aside for garnishing.

    Cook Potato & Asparagus Blend itAdd Milk & Garnish it with Sauted Asparagus pieces.

    8. NUTRITIOUS SOUP:

    Paneer, Yellow Moong Dal, Spinach, Butter, Salt & Pepper.

    9. VEG PANEER BROTH:

    Mushroom, Noodles, Pannier, Soya Sauce, Ginger, Butter, Coriander.

    10. BOMBAY CURRY SOUP:

    Masoor Dal, Tomato, Ginger, Salt ,Olive Oil, One Cup of Cooked Rice.

    11. GREEN PEAS SOUP:

    Green Peas, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Carrot, Corn Flour, Soya Sauce. Olive, Sugar,

    Coriander.

    HERBAL TEA:

    1. SLIMMER TEA:Boil water, add Honey and Lime.

    2. HERBAL BREEZER:

    Boil Water, Add Jaggery, Lemon Grass, Ginger, and some Rock salt and Lime.

    3. HOT LIME:

    Boil Water, Add Sugar then Salt, Ginger and Lime

    4. KAHVA:

    Boil Water; Add Kesar then Elaichi, Tej, Lavang, Black Pepper and Sugar.

    5. HERBAL TEA:

    Boil Water; Add Dhania and Jeera Powder, Ginger, Sugar, Lemon Grass and Lime.

    6. ULTIMATE HEALTH DRINK :

    Boil Water, Add Raagi Powder, Milk, Sugar, Cashew Nuts & Almond pieces.

    7. HERB NUTRINE:

    Boil water, then add Jaggery, Dry Ginger Powder ( Sunth + piprimol ) and almond at

    the

    end little Ghee. (Best in winter)

    8. TRADITIONAL DRINK:

    Boil water then add honey, Tulsi, Ginger Lime and Salt.

    9. MINT FRESH:

    Boil water then add (Pudhina, Ginger and Tulsi) paste, Jaggery and Lime.

    10. COOLANT:

    Boil Water, and then add Jaggery and Lemon Grass [Gud ka Pani]

    11. SUPER COOLANT:Boil variali (Sauf), Mishri and Tulsi (approximately for 25 minutes) then churn in

    mixer, strain it &

    can be served HOT or CHILLED.

    12. RAGGI MALT:

    Boil Water, and then add Raggi Powder, Elaichi and Jaggery water.

    13. SPICE TEA:

    Boil water then add Milk, Sunth, Piprimol, Elaichi, Kesar and add Sugar,

    Black pepper and Tej, Lavang.

    **** Add Lime after switching of the Gas.
