1994

The Company goes public. It floats an IPO and gets listedon BSE, MPSE, JSE and DSE

The refining operations of the Company was expanded

transport, K S Oils prefers rail to road for reaching its finished products .It alsohas its own depots at the major railway arrival points. K S Oils has set up a network of C&F agents and Central Distribution Points. An

aggressive nationwide growth is being rolled out by almost doubling thenumber of distributors from the current size. Today approximately 1,193distributors and 1,85,000 retailers market K S Oils products across Easternand Central India.

K S Oils runs a co-educational CBSE affiliated school in Morena that providesbest standards of education to students of Morena and the nearby ruralareas. The school is equipped with excellent physical infrastructure andteaching facilities to cater to the educational and extra-curricularrequirements of children. Some of these facilities are: state-of-the-artlaboratories, boarding for students, swimming, horse riding and organicgardening.

Today, the school is one of the leading academic institutions in the Morenaregion of Madhya Pradesh. It is run on a simple philosophy of the Gargfamily that a person's character, behavior and attitude are shaped veryearly in life.

The school is currently undergoing a complete overhaul from an academicviewpoint; new teaching methods such as e-learning softwares are beingintroduced to break away from the shackles of traditional learning and formaking education a more holistic and interactive process. Morena district is situated in the erstwhile bandit dominated Chambal areaof Madhya Pradesh and is backward in terms of economic prosperity andindustrial development. As one of the largest corporates having a presencein Morena, K S Oils has taken upon itself the responsibility of aiding theeconomic development of the people there. The Company today providesdirect employment to over 3000 families in the district and has createdindirect employment to over 50,000 families.

K S Oils has promoted the local brick kiln industry and developed a strongsupplier base of small- scale industries that provide various services andraw materials to the Company.
