Starting at the smallest data element (activity) and working to the top, the first populated user is ‘nagged’ by workflow
Any user in a parent field has access to enter progress.
Benefit: The person responsible for the activity enters the progress, and anyone defined at a higher level, such as the CAM, can also enter progress.
