Upgrade Firmware

1、Install the software named ：MSP430_USB_Firmware_Upgrade_Example-1.3.1.1-Setup

2、Connect to the PC by the USB

3、Open the software

Click the Next

4、choose the firmware (the upgrade button is gray )

4、bootloader

4-1：Close the DCDC, turn the switch to the right(VBAT) .

4-2：Press the button SW2,and hold it.

4-3：Open the DCDC， turn the switch to the left(DCDC) and release

the SW2 quickly.

5、 Bootloader function activation and the button turns clickable.

6、 Download complete interface

The EPD type LED

After upgrade the firmware， EPD type can be confirmed according to

the LED. All of the left LED will turn on & the RGB LED is EPD color.

1、 As shown in the figure below, connect the Demo with PC, and then

turn the switch to the left(DCDC)。

2、Open the software of update image : DKEImage.exe

If the Demo not connected to the PC will see

USB Offline

3、Choose the USB device

USB： VID：8263 PID：769 include“MSP430-USB”

Click the Connect button

Connection is successful

4、Choose the image number

Note: About the image , the horizontal direction is source ,and the vertical direction is gate.

Click button and load the image

of customer。

5、Write the image datas into the Demo

Click Write Image button

Note: Can write up to 3 images! Then press the button on the Demo to display 。
