It provides you with a quick and easy reference for products suitable for this summer season. Dennis Edward has been supplying the catering trade for over 35 years and are still a family owned & run business. As part of the Fairway PLC, we have the buying power of our national competitors so price should never be an obstacle. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING

Dennis Edwards Wholesale Foods (the Company)

1. All products are offered subject to availability.2. Published prices are correct at time of publication, although we have taken every precaution to prevent product or pricing errors from occurring, we cannot accept liability should an error be noticed once published. The latest published price list cancels all previous price lists. The effective price is that ruling at the time of despatch.3. VAT will be added to the invoice in accordance with Government legislation in force at the date of delivery.4. We reserve the right to alter prices, pack sizes or brand names without notice.5. All images shown in any webpage, pricelist, brochure, flyer or promotional literature produced by the company Dennis Edwards, are shown as a guide & for informational purposes only.6. Any prices quoted as Nett are not subject to any further discounts. All prices are subject to movement due to market forces. Notice of price increases cannot be guaranteed.7. The company reserves the right to alter discount levels, for any reason, at any time.8. All goods should be checked at the time of delivery, NO credit for damage or shortages can be allowed unless signed for at the time of delivery.9. The risk of loss or damage to the goods will pass to you, the customer, on delivery.10. Legal ownership of the goods will not pass to you until the price for the goods has been paid in full.11. Minimum delivered order value is £50.00, we are unable to process whole of orders below this value. There is no minimum value for collections. 12. A Partner of the company reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities, for any reason, at any time.13. Any Cheques represented or returned by bank will incur a £15 administration charge.14. Should a bank transaction be dishonoured in any way, the company has the right to withdraw credit facilities immediately, thereby making all outstanding monies due for payment. An administration charge will be made for each and any dishonoured bank transactions.15. All new customers are supplied on a STRICTLY CASH ON DELIVERY, until all credit application criteria has been satisfactorily processed or consent given in writing by the company.16. Monthly account customers are required to settle their accounts by the 15th of every month.. Failure to remit by the due date may result in suspension of deliveries until payment is received in respect of the outstanding monies or all monies owing to the company, irrespective of the age of the debt.17. Any balance outstanding beyond the above terms will be referred to Daniels Silverman Limited and will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus vat to cover the collection costs incurred. This surcharge together with all other charges and legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be legally enforceable.
