What you need to know
The SRJC Dental Programs educate a group of diverse dental hygiene and assisting students by
providing a curriculum that reflects the core values of dental health professionals in the community in both private and public settings.
Apply to the SRJC and complete any prerequisites before going through the dental application process.
There are health requirements for clinical internships/externships.
Programs of Study
Dental Assisting (DA) Certificate – 11 months, full time, or 22 months, part time
Dental Hygiene (DH) Degree – 5 semesters
