By the time you read this, we will have less than two months left. We have our officer slate set for the 2012-2013 year, but we are still looking for a couple of governors at-large and nearly a full slate of officers for 2013-2014. The Denver Chapter has a shadowing program where officers are elected a year in advance in order to shadow the current officers. All Chapter members are eligible to nominate officers, so if you know of someone who would make a great Chapter leader, please let one of the current officers or governors know. You may also nominate yourself. Serving as an officer is a very rewarding experience. We had another tremendous turnout for our joint meeting with ISACA in March. I know there is significant overlap in the membership of these two organizations, including me, but we still had nearly twice the attendance of our usual breakfast meetings. We’ll be looking for another big meeting in May. This will be a joint meeting with the Colorado Chapter of the ACFE. Finally, we are starting the 2012 CIA Review in April. For those of you who are looking to enhance your credentials, this is a low-cost method of preparing for the exam. Please check the website for more details. Tony

Letter from the President It’s hard to believe the Chapter year is nearly over.
