Entries will be received on Friday, August 16, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturday August 17, 2019 from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM. All entries must be in place by 11:00 AM on Saturday August 17, 2019. Address labels would be helpful. All entries must be removed between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM on Sunday, August 25, 2019. Doors will be closed at 2:30 PM.
Exhibit Building #1 will be closed for judging on Saturday afternoon. Crawford County Fair Association is not responsible for items not picked up. Any unclaimed entries will be disposed of if not claimed 30 days after the Fair. All articles must be completed by the exhibitor since the close of last year’s Fair. Exhibits must be cleaned and pressed. Articles stained, soiled, unsanitary or showing signs of wear are unacceptable. Such items will be disqualified from competition and will not be displayed. No items will be displayed in plastic bags. Each exhibit will be judged on workmanship, worth of article, appropriateness of material, trimmings, quality, method of construction and execution of stitches, whether machine or hand stitched. Exhibitors should not bring any items which do not come under a Class listed in the premium list.

Contest Rules Contestant must be over 19 years of age, full time resident of Crawford County and show proof of residency at the time of entry. The contestant must make and enter an exhibit in All Four Divisions below and win a Premium in each of the four categories.
