4.1 Milk and milk products were obtained from clinically healthy animals at the dairy farms which are officially free from contagious

animal diseases and are manufactured in dairy establishments, approved by the Competent Veterinary Service for export and are under its

constant supervision/Le lait et les produits laitiers ont été obtenus d'animaux cliniquement sains dans des exploitations laitières qui sont officiellement indemnes de maladies animales contagieuses et sont fabriqués dans des établissements laitiers, autorisés par le service

vétérinaire compétent pour l'exportation et sous son contrôle permanent.

4.2 Milk and milk products originate from premises and/or administrative territo ries officially free from infectious animal

diseases, including: 2/ Le lait et les produits laitiers proviennent de locaux et/ou de territoires administratifs officiellement indemnes de

maladies animales infectieuses, notamment:

foot-and-mouth disease, rinderpest, contagious bovine pleuropneumonia and vesicular stomatitis - during the last 12 months in the territory of the EU Member State/ la fièvre aphteuse, la peste bovine, la péripneumonie contagieuse bovine et la

stomatite vésiculeuse (au cours des 12 derniers mois sur le territoire de l'État membre de l'UE);

brucellosis (В.abortus and B melitensis)and tuberculosis - officially free region, officially free premises or from animals

that do not show a positive reaction to tests for brucellosis and tuberculosis/ la brucellose (В. abortus et B. melitensis) et la tuberculose : région officiellement indemne, locaux officiellement indemnes ou animaux ne présentant aucun résultat positif aux

tests pour la brucellose et la tuberculose;

sheep pox and goat pox - during last 6 months in the premises3/la variole ovine et la variole caprine (au cours des 6 derniers

mois dans les locaux).

4.3 Milk (milk products) exported into the Russian Federation / Les laits (produits laitiers) exportés vers la Fédération de Russie :

are not contaminated with salmonella or other bacterial disease agents/ ne sont pas contaminés par des salmonelles ou d'autres agents pathogènes bactériens ;

are not subjected to ionization radiation, ultra-violet rays and do not contain coloring substances which are not registered by the

Russian Federation/ ne sont pas soumis à des radiations par ionisation ou rayons ultraviolets et ne contiennent pas de colorants non enregistrés par la Fédération de Russie ;

do not contain natural or synthetic estrogenic and hormonal substances, thyreostatics, antibiotics, other drugs and pesticides/ ne contiennent pas de substances œstrogéniques naturelles ou de synthèse, d'hormones, d'antithyroïdiens, d'antibiotiques ou de pesticides.

4.4 Milk, used in manufacture of milk products, passed adequate treatment enough to remove pathogenic micro organisms dangerous to

human health. Milk products were treated to ensure absence of live pathogenic organisms/ Le lait utilisé dans le processus de fabrication

de produits laitiers a subi un traitement adéquat suffisant pour éliminer les micro-organismes pathogènes, dangereux pour la santé humaine. Les produits laitiers ont été traités afin de garantir l'absence d'organismes pathogènes vivants.

4.5 Milk products are considered fit for human consumption and for unrestricted retail purposes by the state/official authority of the exporting EU Member State/ Les produits laitiers sont considérés comme propres à la consommation et à la vente au détail sans restriction par l'autorité

d'État/officielle de l'État membre de l'UE exportateur.

4.6 Microbiological, chemical-toxicological and radiological characteristics of milk and milk products correspond to actual veterinary and

sanitary rules and requirements of Russian Federation/ Les caractéristiques microbiologiques, chimio-toxicologiques et radiologiques du lait

et des produits laitiers correspondent aux règlements et exigences vétérinaires et sanitaires actuels de la Fédération de Russie.

4.7 Exported milk (milk products) have typical organoleptic characteristics and undamaged factory packaging/ Les laits (produits laitiers) exportés présentent des propriétés organoleptiques classiques et un emballage d'usine intact.

4.8 Single-use containers and packaging material meet hygienic requirements/ Les conteneurs et les matériaux d'emballage à usage unique
