2. No separate call letter for personal interview will be sent.

3. - , , , A copy of this e-mail affixing latest photograph attested by Gazetted Officer along with the following documents in original are required to be submitted for verification failing which the candidates will not be allowed to attend the personal interview. Candidates are advised to check meeting age, qualification, caste, etc.. as prescribed in the advertisement for permitting them to attend interview to the above mentioned post.

(ii) (/-) - All original certificates pertaining to Educational Qualifications including marks sheets (year-wise/semester-wise) with one set of attested copies.

The candidates belonging to OBC should bring the latest valid original caste certificate (not older than one year) issued by the competent authority invariably as per the new proforma prescribed by the Dept. of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India. The format of the Caste Certificate is enclosed.

In case any information furnished by the candidate with reference to Name, Date of Birth, Caste etc..in

his/her application form is found to be incorrect at any later stage during/after

appointment, his/her candidature will be cancelled forthwith without any further notice.

Travelling Allowance to the out station candidates belonging to SC/ST categories attending

interview will be paid as per rules (restricted to beyond 30 kms either way) by reimbursing

second class railway fare or bus fare by the shortest route from their normal place of

residence or from where they actually performed the journey, whichever is nearer to the

place of interview and back. Payment will be made through online transfer to the

respective bank accounts for which proof of bank name, account number and IFSC code are

to be submitted. For this purpose, a certificate of unemployment from an MP or MLA or

Gazetted Officer of the place where the candidates normally reside is to be submitted

along with journey tickets in original. Form for claiming the Travelling Allowance is

enclosed.

This Call letter will serve as an entry permit to enter the premises of this Directorate at AMD

Complex, Hyderabad. Candidates are also required to invariably carry with them valid photo

identity card viz. Aaadhar card/voter identity card/passport/PAN Card/Driving licence etc.

while attending the personal interview. Any electronic devices such as mobile phone,

laptop, pen drive, data card etc are not permissible to the venue of Interview.

8. / / - , In case of candidates employed in a Central Government Organisations/State Government

Organisations /Public Sector Undertakings, No Objection Certificate from your employer

must be produced at the time of interview failing which they will not be allowed to attend

the interview.

In case of ex-servicemen, original discharge certificate from the employer and a copy of the

same must be produced at the time of Interview.

10. , / If required, candidates may have to stay one more day for attending the interview. For this

purpose, they are advised to make their own travel/stay arrangements.

11. / No request for change of the date/Venue of Personal Interview will be entertained under

any circumstances. Candidates who fail to attend the interview on the prescribed dates will

not be permitted for interview on any other day.

12. Mere attending the personal interview does not entitle the candidate a right to claim for employment.

13. Final list of candidates selected for the post would be placed on AMD website only. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

14. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
