With great pleasure we, Department of Biochemistry, AIIMS Rishikesh, wish to inform you that we
are conducting a workshop on “Techniques in Neurochemistry & Molecular Neurobiology” at All India Institute
of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, INDIA.
Aim of this workshop is to bring forth most recent research and technological advances in the areas
of neurobiochemistry and molecular neurobiology and to generate a platform to share views and insights in
these fields. This workshop will potentially open up opportunities to learn and practice upcoming
technologies and latest skills in neuroscience. We strongly believe that by end of this workshop the attendees
will be familiar with various techniques applied in Neuroscience for patient care as well. Furthermore, this
workshop will help in designing and utilizing different experimental laboratory methods to understand
underlying mechanisms and management of various neurological disorders.
Who can attend?
Young scientists, Research students, post graduate students, Neuroscientists and other research
professionals who have an interest in field of neuroscience research from government (state or central)
organisations.
There are only 21 seats and there by limited to those who are aspiring in this field and will be given
on first come first serve basis. Applications will be received up to 1st January 2019. An amount of Rs.2500/-
will be collected from the selected candidates as registration fee. Accommodation, food and workshop
material will be provided free of cost.
